Citric liquid passivating stainless steel

CITRIC LIQUID FOR PASSIVATING STAINLESS STEEL CITRICON is a citric acid solution used for passivation of stainless steel in the food industry. Citric acid is biodegradable hence its benefit for all equipment in direct contact with food. The CITRICON can replace nitric acid (PASSITECH) for the passivation of stainless steel according to ASTM standards and procedures for the A 380 for nitric acid and A 967 for citric acid. Refer also to the European Hygienic Equipment Design Group 3-A updates.
