ALKAGEL

ALKAGEL is a heavy-duty alkaline gel cleaner. Because of its unique formulation, ALKAGEL is a clear, low-viscosity liquid in its concentrated form, but when diluted with water forms a gel which gives extended contact time on soiled surfaces. ALKAGEL is a blend of emulsifiers and water conditioning agents and is primarily intended for cleaning and removing oily, fatty, and greasy soils from food processing equipment in the meat, poultry, dairy, deep fryers, petrol oven and smokers, clean cutting boards as well as in other areas such as beverage industries. Using ALKAGEL, instead of conventional foam cleaners, can result in more thorough and effective cleaning with reductions in cleaning time and labour costs over conventional cleaners. ALKAGEL is recommended for organic production under CAN / CGSB-32-310-2015 and CAN / CGSB-32-311-2015.
